Caden picked he and his sister's costumes this year. He was very specific that he wanted to be a puppy dog, and Sissy was to be a kitty cat. He really wanted her to be a little orange kitty cat, but after searching FOREVER for that costume, we settled on this one. They both really liked dressing up and of course trick or treating.
Our neighborhood has a hay ride. Everyone lives on at least an acre, so they don't allow kids to go door to door. There were 5 trailers loaded full of kids. The duo got to see all kinds of costumes. Brooke liked the princesses and fairies, while Caden liked Lightening McQueen (It's his new favorite movie). He was really scared of this boy dressed up as a wolf. He did NOT want to get on the trailer with him, and then periodically throughout the night he wanted to know where the wolf went. One house a man dressed as a vampire in a coffin. Caden stared at him for about 5 minutes and then said "hi scary man". Then, "thank you scary man for my candy."
Trick or treating at baby Jack's house. Brooke was done at this point. She was cold & wanted to eat!
So did Nay Nay & Pop.
On a side note, my mom proceeded to feed Caden so much candy that he threw up! They twins NEVER eat sweets, so I'm sure his tummy was super upset. He told her "no more chocolate Nay Nay!"
