40 Months

I'm behind in my posts! The duo turned 40 months on the 29th of March. Here's what they are up to:

• 
  
  Caden knows his ABCs and is now working on writing and counting higher than 20. Sadly he could reconize all of his letters and numbers, but since Mommy has gone back to work and has a more busy schedule, he has lost those skills. Bad Momma!  I'm now using a home schooled based preschool ciriculum, and he loves it.
• 
  
  Brooke started speech therapy back in March, and is adding more words to her vocabulary. We now have major insurance drama (which is a whole different post) and has lost her much needed speech therapy. So much for having two insurances and Medicaid. She would be better off with just one. Her speech is very delayed, and we've been working non-stop to get her to communicate. She still uses a lot of signs. She understands everything that is said to her, but has a very difficult time communicating back.

  Caden starts preschool at a private school and will go all day Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the Fall.
• 
  
  Brooke starts PPCD which is at the elementary school by our home. She will be in the school system from the age of 3 - 21. She will go 1/2 days all week in the Fall.

We went to cousin Kori's school program. She's at the top right.

Brooke and Caden loved the program. Sissy really likes singing. Everytime they were done with a song she would yell "Yea" and clap. She saw her Gaga and started crying right as I snapped the picture. :(

There are lots of things to do in the Woodlands. We hang out at Market Street a lot. We eat pizza there every Friday. Here is Caden riding the donkey. A few seconds later, that little boy bit him! I guess he wanted to ride!

There are lots of fancy shmancy cars at Market Street. Sissy was headed to her new Maserati!
