We are walking to show our support for our daughter, Brooke, and 350,000 other individuals with Down syndrome in the United States. Our team name is Brooke's Bunch. We would love for you to walk with us, to help make a difference for people with Down syndrome in our community and help the National Down Syndrome Society create change nationwide.
The 1.5 mile walk goes along the trails of Buffalo Bayou, behind the theater district. After the walk, the festivities begin with live music,food, Wii video games, moonwalks, face-painting, children's arts and crafts, and lots more!
Thank you for helping us in our efforts to support the people with Down syndrome and their families, through programs and services provided by the Down Syndrome Association of Houston!
